Kevin Lee Sullivan

Kevin Lee Sullivan, 62 of Downs KS passed away at his home on July 24, 2024. He was born on September 20, 1961 to Jimmy Lee and Glenda (Steinshouer) Sullivan in Topeka, KS. Kevin graduated high school at Downs high in 1979. 

He lived most of his adult life in his hometown of Downs. He was an avid OU Sooners fan, never missing a game, whether it be watching it on tv or occasionally attending them in person with his friends. He was funny, ornery and quite the trickster. His last several years of life he spent with his loving partner Janna Otte-Frederick. 

Kevin is survived by his son, Korey Horacek, his partner Janna Otte-Frederick, his sister Kathy McCart , his brothers Kirk (Jeana) Sullivan, Kent (JoLee) Sullivan, half brothers Brian Sullivan and Eric Sullivan, his nephews Kaleb (Rikki) McCart and Brady Sullivan, his nieces Tya Sullivan, Katy Sullivan and Kaci Sullivan. his step sister Terry Haws and her three daughters, step brother Allen Fisher Jr., and his three daughters. 

Kevin is preceded in death by his mother, Glenda Fisher (Steinshouer), his step father Allen Fisher Sr., and his father Jim Sullivan, his sister Kindra Sullivan, his brother Grant Sullivan, his grandparents Glenn and Arline Steinshouer, and great neice Kendall Grace McCart.

Family will be making arrangements for a Celebration of life.
